As majority owner and president of WA Aquaponics LLC, Jack Holt founded the company in 2017 along with Ben Harbert. Prior to the founding of WA Aquaponics, Jack Holt had started several smaller businesses in other industries, including online tutoring and real estate software. He is a self starter and a natural entrepreneur, and has worked with Ben Harbert on multiple past endeavors.

Ben Harbert was one of the original founders of WA Aquaponics. He used his business experience from his previous startups as well as his experience as a real estate consultant to develop the first facility of WA Aquaponics. Ben was with the company in the very beginning, and has worked with Jack Holt on multiple past endeavors as well.

Joey Lindell is operations manager for the WA Aquaponics facility in Arlington, WA. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the farm such as maintenance, harvest, and delivery, as well as overseeing future development and expansion, along with USDA compliance. He is also a partial owner of WA Aquaponics LLC, having bought into the company towards the beginning of 2018.

Josiah Sobere began his understanding of aquaponics with home systems over a decade ago, developing his skills with repeated practice over time. He started out as a consultant for WA Aquaponics, and helped to design the first few systems used in the prototyping phase and first greenhouse. Josiah currently acts as an on and off private consultant for the company.
